"When they were there the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice breakfast prepared each day. The room was comfortable and clean. Initial access to the room was stressful needing to be there by a specific time and no way in the building outside those hours. But once we were there we enjoyed our stay. There is also a great Gelatoria close by we went to everyday."

"The Guest house was cute and quaint. We didn't have time for breakfasts. The bed was too hard but otherwise room great. Communication for check-in was lacking, no front desk and quite large condo building. If not for a nice gentleman who lived there and helped us find it, we could have been waiting for a long time. "Great place to stay. 10 minute walk to metro. Lots of places to eat nearby. Seemed like a safe and quiet part of Rome. I left early each morning so I never met the owners or staff. My room was cleaned each day and the bed was made. Room was simple but had everything that I needed."
