"Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help"

"Excellent hotel. Brand new, very nice rooms, great breakfast (10++), great sauna and gym, …, next to a very nice Shopping mall, 2-3 mins walking distance to the central plaza, …, in summary, in my opinion the best place to stay in Bolzano!"

"Beautifully designed and sophisticated hotel in the heart of the beautiful city of Bolzano. Great experience."

"Staff were excellent and the room was truly amazing. Would definitely stay there again."

"Exceptional hotel. Very helpful and happy staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean and staff were friendly and highly efficient. Best hotel stay while traveling in Europe."

"I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...
