The hotel and swimming pools are really good, the bed is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. There should be more respect and let the customers enjoy their holiday

The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

O refeitório do café da manhã não comporta todos os hóspedes dentro da área abrigada, deixando a parte da varanda para o restante dos hóspedes. O problema é que essa varanda é exposta ao sol de forma insalubre. Minha sugestão é a inclusão de toldos que possam proteger de exposição excessiva do sol.

Estadia foi ótima, funcionários muito atenciosos e instalações com excelente infraestrutura, porém os serviços de hotelaria deixam a desejar. Não houve a reposição adequada de toalhas e itens de banheiro, os quartos estavam sem cobertores e quando pedimos, veio muito fino e em péssimo estado de conservação, passei frio.

A primeira vez que fui foi excelente (Alta temporada) mas esse ano deixou um pouco a desejar. (Baixa temporada a), jantar sem variedades de sobremesas, esqueceram de deixar roupas de cama e toalhas, precisava pedir na recepção, até mandavam rápido, mas vc ter que ficar lembrando uma coisa que vc já deixou acertado, vc tá de férias pra ficar de boa da suas obrigações do dia a dia. No mais foi bom, piscinas, recreação, café da manhã.

Em geral foi uma boa estadia. Apartamento bom e espaçoso. Precisam solucionar a questão da internet, muito ruim, bem como prestar manutenção nos equipamentos da sala de ginástica . Como sugestão, não justifica um hotel deste nível, não ter um secador de cabelo em cada apartamento.

Gostamos muito e recomendamos, só poderia melhorar em fornecer tudo q necessário para os hóspedes. Precisamos ligar pedindo manta e a porta da varanda não fechava totalmente, porta do quarto não tinha tranca. O café da manhã é bem completo e os funcionários são prestativos e educados. Piscina na maior parte das vezes estava limpa, mas teve uma vez que o cheiro de cloro estava um pouco forte. Mas de resto é excelente.
