Reforma urgente do quarto

O hotel e bom, piscinas limpas e bem cuidadas, estrutura boa e nao muito lotado. Quanto ao quarto : antigo e mal cuidado, precisa de uma reforma urgente. Nao recomendo.

Um pouco decepcionante

Bom, sei q pelo atual momento do Covid, tdo está mais complicado. Porem, algumas medidas tomadas pelo hotel nao foram boas, como por exemplo: não fazem mais a limpeza nem a troca de toalhas durante a hospedagem, a nao ser q vc peça, é necessario agendar no dia anterior. Outra coisa, o atendimento no balcão, alguns funcionarios não fazem questão nenhuma de atender bem. O ap em si era razoável, porem velho.... Pelo preco pago, não acho q valeu a pena....ficaria em outro lugar do mesmo nivel por muito menos....

Gostei do atendimento, mas ficamos um pouco triste pois as informações sobre passeios e uso do parque da rede Roma não nos foi passada no hotel e sim por terceiros. E não fomos informadas pela Expedia que teríamos que pagar as toalhas e os lençóis e fronhas .
