Chegamos no hotel as 14h05 para realizar o check-in atendente muito atenciososa nada a reclamar. Mais qnd chegamos fomos avisados que o quarto nao estava disponível e que teria que aguardar e nao tinha previsão de quanto tempo iria demorar. O hotel tem que tratar essa situação com mais seriedade pois saimos de longe para se divetir e ficar esperando quarto ser limpo pra apos fazer check-in e muita falta de respeito com os hóspedes pois quando realizamos a reserva fica escrito que o check-in e a partir das 14h. Entao chegamos no horário. Hotel e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários otimo todos atenciosos e educados ja e a 4 vez que hospedamos nele por ser um lugar tranquilo bonito. Piscinas todas limpas e simplesmente maravilhoso. Cafe da manha excelente muitas variedades e acesso livro ao parque aquático que fica em frente ao hotel. Muuuito bom!

Pontos de melhoria

Hotel começa com um atendimento ruim (falta de conhecimento do funcionario, passagem de informação errada e demorando), depois a estrutura do hotel é antiga, quarto com moveis antigos e ar consicionado muito barulhento. A limpeza do quarto nao estava boa, os endredons estava fedendo. A parte de entreterimento é ruim, televisão antiga. esses foram os principais pontos !

. A estadia não vale o valor cobrado. . Os pisos são limpos com algum produto que fica melado e não fica limpo, tem um aspecto seboso. . O banheiro do quarto com o blindex mal limpo, tinha nojo de tomar banho. Acabamento velho. E mau cheiro. . Café da manhã fraco, desorganizado e com reposição lenta. . Funcionários do restaurante trabalhando estressados pela falta de mão de obra. Tive que cancelar um pedido na piscina pela demora de mais de uma hora e ainda nem tinha começado a ser feito. . O Parque é bom, mas está faltando manutenção nos brinquedos que estão descascando, tanto toboáguas, a piscina com ondas e as escadas de acesso aos brinquedos. . O parque não tem banheiros para banho, somente sanitários que não são limpos constantemente. . Resumindo: Não voltarei ao hotel e não recomendo.

Bom hotel

Gostamos muito do atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, a única coisa que não foi legal foi o banheiro que não tinha um cheiro agradável saindo do esgoto ( ralo) deixou muito a desejar, sugiro trocar os ralos por ralos com tampa evitaria esse incômodo, fora isso, gostamos de tudo.

Tudo muito excelente. Exceto a limpeza dos quartos e do banheiro que é tipo improviso rápido, cheia de pentelhos e cabelos pelos cômodos, o que revela um paninho rápido na passada, que ganha tempo e pouco esforço. Padrão de todo e qualquer hotel.
