"I had a confirmed booking and when we arrived at 11.30pm I was told via an intercom at the door that the hotel was full.The person talking to me cut me off and wouldn't open the door. I had emailed twice through Expedia and then tried to ring up about 5 times about arriving late but had not got any replies before I left the UK.Luckily I had a tent and Google which found me a camping in the middle of the night. Incidentally Google insisted on sending me through tiny little streets in the middle...

"We are a young couple with a small child and we stayed here for 3 nights. This is the perfect place to relax after a day of traveling around and going to the nearby beaches. The house is comfortable and cosy and the terrace, with its views of the Pirinees mountains, th perfect place to watch the sun go down and have your meals. We felt very welcomed by the owners who gave us great tips of places to visit and where to eat. Their quiet and friendly dog "Tro" will remind you that he also likes some...

"Overall stay was nice but check-in took us about an hour. Check-out also took about 30mins. Something has to be done about it. Theres only one guy working at the reception at check in time..."

"The hotel is just 10mins walk to the train station. There are also taxis. About 15 mins walk to the beach. Shopping and groceries and small shops around. Good location and you'll feel safe even at walking at night. "
