This hotel was pretty bad. Firstly their receptionists were very unprofessional and rude. Room was so old. I would never come here. Pics from hotels.com unrealistic. My overall rating is 3.

The hotel was good for the 12 days I spent there. Transportation was poor, no one told me that the train in my area did not run on Sunday and Monday. The buses did not have tickets so there was lost time.

It’s an okay hotel but it needs maintenance. The surrounding area was not well maintained, the grass overgrown, the pool full of dark water and not functional but it’s the first photo you see in the listing. The bathroom had a water problem and all the water will run towards the room. You could see that this was an ongoing problem because the tile was stained. The staff was really nice.

Beautiful scenery with rude and mediocre stay

The hotel was set around beautiful scenery but the rooms don’t show it. Room was on the bottom floor with no air conditioning and a window that only fully opened so doesn’t feel safe to have open over night. This made the room boiling hot. Reception staff we relatively blunt and rude. The waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly and the food was great but the male manager was also quite unfriendly. There is a bar but no one is ever manning it and there seems to be a large lack of seating around it.

I liked the stay at this place. I stayed for two days. I felt safe. The breakfast was free. very nice and plenty. The bathroom had a leakage from shower. There was a towel kept on the towel purposefully. When I took a shower, I saw lots of water coming out to the floor. I reported it to the lady at the front desk she said that every room is like that. I realized that she didn’t want to hear me. The next day it was a lot of water coming out, I again reported it to front desk and told her the leaking would damage the building and then immediately she sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel. Even though it is located far away from Florence, it is a quiet place.

La stanza ha deluso le aspettative. La TV non funzionava (l'abbiamo fatto presente e l'hanno cambiata). Il frigo non funzionava, ci è stato detto che non dovrebbe esserci, ma in fase di prenotazione era presente nel sito. Il WiFi non funzionava. C'erano frammenti di intonaco nell'angolo del letto. La luce letto non funzionava. Nel bagno non c'era nessun posto dove poter appendere gli asciugamani. Nulla di insostenibile, si poteva alloggiare bene, ma visto il prezzo pagato e i servizi disponibili in fase di prenotazione, l'esperienza ha deluso
