It’s an okay hotel but it needs maintenance. The surrounding area was not well maintained, the grass overgrown, the pool full of dark water and not functional but it’s the first photo you see in the listing. The bathroom had a water problem and all the water will run towards the room. You could see that this was an ongoing problem because the tile was stained. The staff was really nice.

I liked the stay at this place. I stayed for two days. I felt safe. The breakfast was free. very nice and plenty. The bathroom had a leakage from shower. There was a towel kept on the towel purposefully. When I took a shower, I saw lots of water coming out to the floor. I reported it to the lady at the front desk she said that every room is like that. I realized that she didn’t want to hear me. The next day it was a lot of water coming out, I again reported it to front desk and told her the leaking would damage the building and then immediately she sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel. Even though it is located far away from Florence, it is a quiet place.

Probleme car la porte a ete forcée avant mon arrivée. Et quand jai voulu fermer la clefs a cassé. Je vais voir le responsable pour lui expliquer il me repond I dont care et me donne une autre chambre sans clim. Une tres mauvaise expérience

Un 4 stelle un po' attempato ma ok

Il titolo riassume tutto. Servirebbe uno svecchiamento delle parti comuni e un restyling dell'esterno facciata e zona piscina. Comunque camera con mobili rinnovati, pulita, ampia. Il bagno strettino e da rifare anche se.tutto perfettamente funzionante. Un suggerimento . Per chi porta un cane sarebbe un buon servizio avere ciotola x acqua e cibo già in camera. Colazione con essenziale presente.

Det stank som om de havde tabt en dunk klorin på værelset. Man kunne høre når nabo værelset fik en sms. Og man kunne høre alt både når nabo værelserne og dem overfor bar på toilet/bad. Der rendte vand ud på gulvet fra toilettet

Hotel de boa qualidade. Ficamos apenas 1 noite e fica muito longe da área central de Milão. Gastamos 29 euros do centro de Milão, até o hotel. Tem um shopping center bem na frente do Hotel e várias opções de lojas e supermercado.

Aspettative di un 4 stelle completamente disattesa , sembrava di essere in una pensione degli anni 70. Sono gli anni a cui è rimasta. Da ristrutturare completamente. Entro in camera e trovo un bel groviglio di capelli donna sotto la Doccia . Gli asciugamani del bidè gli ho dovuti chiedere perché vengono forniti solo per camere business, la mia standard non lo prevedeva , mi dovevo asciugare con lo stesso asciugamano del viso. Assolutamente mai più, viene pubblicizzato come un 4 stelle ( 3 forse) ma anche no. Televisire con 2 telecomando riciclato il decoder , il bagno anni 80 , vecchio, i sifoni acqua intasati di calcare e mai puliti , in un albergo 4 stelle, ma anche 3 stelle , in camera dovrebbe esserci un bollitore acqua che se vuoi scaldi un the/caffè. Armadio in camera inesistente.......tutto molto scarso !!!
