"The staff was very kind and efficient. I was very tired from a long drive and the gentleman who checked me in was patient and kind. The room is a nice size, neat, clean and the bed is comfortable. Lots of choices for dining nearby."

"We loved this newish hotel. To begin, we had numerous flight delays and ended up At Calgary at 2am. No Problem for this hotel; first of all, I received communication back from these people both by phone and email that they would bd expecting me late, second, the shuttle was there waiting for me and others at 2.40 in the mornkng( now this is what I call service/ it was fantastic to see them there waiting!!. Location to everything was good esp the airport. We were greeted at hotel and the checkin was fast. The room and bed was great. The shower was lovely. We sat in the lounge and we had breakfast. All staff was great. We had eggs Benedict- would have enjoyed butter on the toast and real Hollandside sauce, but hey….. !! Everything thing else was impressive. We will definitely be back, and we were very pleased"
