"Place is beautiful and comfortable. Would not recommend because of the owner. A step broke off the bunk bed ladder (as it was being used properly). The owner, Mukul tried charging us 1500 telling me to replace the ENTIRE bunk bed which was 1500. We even offered to come back to Sylvan (from Edmonton) and fix it ourselves or replace the entire ladder itself. He said “management does not approve that.” Would not recommend just because of the owner. Unfortunate as it is a great place."

"The place was terrible. This was looked after by Nomadics. I communicated our dismay to Nomadics and they replied in a timely manner although there is not much they can do as we are already checked in. We have stayed at many, many vrbo places with our business, but this was very disappointing. 1st time I ever did a bad review."
