"We got the king suite, which had a king bed and a hide-a-bed. When we arrived to the room, it was very very hot and stuffy inside. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed anywhere in the suite. The air con was broken and only blew warm air. Maintenance was called and they sent a person who was not qualified. Bedding was finally found 30 mins later and it took the person 10 mins to make up the bed. We spent the first night in the suite for a 3 night stay and roasted. The windows don't open due to being on 5th floor and near the airport. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the next day. They said they would get the air con fixed. Hours later the hotel called me and said they were going to move us to a reg room with 2 queen bed. I said this was unacceptable as there were 3 of us staying and we wanted the separation. I requested a discounted rate as we had a fan now for the suite. They called me back and said a discount was not available and gave us vouchers for breakfast for the next 2 days... one of which we were unable to use and gave back. The pool being open 24 hours was a redeeming quality, which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant was good, but limited selection. The food was delicious that was prepared. All and all, I have a 4 star rating because It was clean and the pool was great."

"My only complaint was the pool with the waterslides was freezing! Otherwise, the hotel was amazing."

"Comfy bed! Breakfast was good. They paid for our shuttle taxi. It was quiet but the people staying above us walked on their heels from 5:20 to 6:20. Seems like the were pacing, packing and loud walkers. We couldn't fall back asleep."

"we had hot water issues in our room, they moved us to a second room and had hot water issues in that room as well. Maintenance came and fixed the water in the second room, but it was disruptive to our stay. The rooms were clean, but worn down. The convenience of the property being right in the mall was nice as we could go to the wave pool and shower/change in our room. for families the hotel is convenient."

"Room was clean and since we had to leave early to airport we couldn’t take advantage of the continental breakfast so they gave us 2 free drink tickets to use at the restaurant which I think is a very nice jester. We didn’t get a chance to use pool or hot tub. There is lots of free parking. The restaurant can be accessed from the hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful restaurant food was very good. The hotel has coin laundry facilities which is definitely a bonus wifi connection is excellent beds are nice "

"Good hotel to stay staff were helpful and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. We stayed for a week and it was great!! Staff were so good too. My only feedback for the hotel would be to reduce the multiple egg options for breakfast after a certain point it became repetitive with the many egg variations. Could be some fruits possibly ? Or some tossed veggies ? "
