It was a generally accessible location (10 min walk to nearest LRT which has free trains within downtown and is also close to 17th Ave with lots of restaurants). The unit itself also looked generally like the pictures. However, the details were lacking. There were stains on one of the towels, blankets (though the sheets were fine), and couch. The bedroom door was also lacking a hinge and didn't close. There is also no centralized AC and the in-room AC is quite loud. That said, the property owner was quite quick to respond and when I mentioned that there was no hot water on the first day, it was fixed within a few hours.
