Renovated 3-bedroom, one-bathroom Suite with a living room fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry unit, and a designated workspace to allow you to feel more at home while you relax and unwind. The Suite features 5 Queen Beds and 2 Full/Double Beds so no need to share!! We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay, so please take a moment to review our HOUSE RULES.
By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:
1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.
2. NO Parties: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings to respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.
3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.
4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.
5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
6. PETS: We welcome one pet under certain conditions. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.
7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.
8. Laundry: Guests have access to a washer and dryer. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent due to potential allergies. We recommend bringing your own preferred detergent to ensure it meets your specific needs.
Additionally, please refrain from using the laundry facilities after 10 PM to maintain quiet hours and respect our neighbors.

extended stay south of the city
Bright sunshine both in the morning and afternoon. We really appreciate all the help our host gave us. She is very informative of all surroundings. Very kind person.This is a really good location, between the city center and the suburb of Seton. Very close to banks, restaurants and food stores. Close to highways and road ways.

Basement apartment was clean, bright and convenient to get around the city. Very quiet, didn’t hear a peep from the tenant upstairs. Owner was very responsive in communications.

The good, the bad and the ugly
The Cozy place is more accurately a mixed bag. The “good” is the beds are comfortable and the shower nozzle and flow are abundant. The “bad” is the sofa is uncomfortably hard, like a park bench. The kitchen chairs are unstable and flimsy, you feel like they will break underneath you at any moment. The :ugly” is the host pettiness, we were one toilet paper roll short during our 5 day stay and they thought a “small fee” was appropriate. The host then cut off the Wi-Fi 12 hours before our check out was to occur.
We will not stay at this VRBO again, we prefer hosts that are guest friendly and seating that is comfortable. Fortunately there is plenty of choices in the area. We rate this VRBO as poor.

Lovely time
Owner was very communicative and made sure we had a lovely stay. When an unpredictable issue came up that could have messed up our stay, the owner came to the rescue and made things wonderful. It was difficult to find a nice place to stay in this particular area, and we were very happy.

This unit is half of a house, while the other half is also a short term rental. The walls are paper thin; I could hear the conversation of the other tenants, and when their children were up at 7:30 it was impossible to sleep. Of course, the noise will vary depending on who is renting next door. Other than that, the suite was clean, well appointed, and the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.
