It Includes a dining room table with 6 comfy chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen bed, a double bed, a desk, a recliner couch, 40" TV, a Harmon Kardon Surround sound system and a BBQ!

It has a soaker Tub and Jack & Jill sinks! If you enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking or walking you’ll love living right next to Nose Hill Park!

Enjoy the convenience of a cold beer store, the Brixton Pub, Calgary Coop gas station, as well as the MacEwan Medical Clinic on the corner. Theatres and shopping are plentiful and just a quick trip. There are 2 parking spots on-street for this suite.

Hang out on the west facing rear deck or curl up to the fireplace and enjoy the fire. Downtown is 15 minutes away, and so is the airport!
