Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. We kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a penalty of $200 per day if violated. Parties and excessive noise are not permitted. The occupancy limit is six guests, as stated in your reservation. Please be aware that a decibel monitoring device is in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Tampering with the device may lead to immediate eviction. For any issues or questions, please reach out via the messaging platform. Loss of key fobs or garage door openers will result in a $150 replacement fee. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the house rules.
