In general I am very satisfied with my stay and put 5 stars. Things to improve: The conditioner - you can not set it lower than specific temperature, so the room is a bit suffocating on a hot day. The room service food is expencive as well as other food facilities on the premises. But I see it as an extra so no stars down. The staff is helpful, the room was clean
