This spacious 3 bedroom sun drenched villa offers a wonderful holiday in the best residential area of Arco Da Calheta. A private house with a private pool where you can be comfortable with your privacy. There are 3 double sized bedrooms, 1 of these have beautiful modern en - suite bathrooms. There is another family bathroom just across the bedrooms and a separate utility washing machine room. The interior furniture is for your comfort , a beautiful ultra-modern kitchen and a large upstairs entertainment room with a Flat screen -TV and Billiard table, perfect to end the night. There are loungers and table and chairs outside for your relaxation.

The terrace overlooking the the ocean with unrestricted sea views to the front and behind the Village Mountains providing opportunities for paragliding

A large pool to use the whole day as house looks south. Beautiful sunset to enjoy with a drink at the end of the day. A spacious BBQ area to enjoy a meal on warm summer afternoons, a real touch of summer.

Walking distance for all shops including: local supermarkets, bank, restaurants, chemist, hairdresser etc. Within 10 minute drive there are supermarkets, hospital and clinics, dentists, hotels, marina with sandy beaches and boats for big game fishing or surfing.
