This fantastic, modern 3 bedroom villa offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountain and down to the sea. The contemporary interiors and spacious open plan living area exude comfort and style. Situated in the desirable area of Arco de Calheta and just a short drive to the sandy man made Calheta Beach, Villa Calheta Charm is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. For the more active, there are a number of wonderful levada walks within the Calheta area. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Located in the beautiful area of Arco de Calheta, this villa has a number of local restaurants and bars a short distance away and is only a 5 minute drive to the man made Calheta Beach. Here you'll find a host of bars and restaurants overlooking the ocean, as well as a handful of boutique shops. Explore the stunning countryside that covers the island on one of the many levada walks that can be accessed from close to the villa. A 15 minute drive from the villa is Ribeira Brava with some great alfresco dining options and a beautiful esplanade to stroll along.
