"Our stay here was amazing! Erika is extremely sweet and helped us with all of our needs! She was very accommodating and made our stay as smooth as possible! We make a yearly trip to rockport and we will definitely be booking with her again next year! If you need somewhere to stay, don't hesitate with this one!"

"For the price - the unit should not have missing furniture (only two chairs at dining table instead of four and no bedside table so lamp was on the floor). Also the bathroom fan broken-,when turned on it was so loud it could not be used. Finally, the sofa was faux leather and very worn. The unit was clean and it was quiet overnight."
