Not only did she accommodate our last minute booking but she convinced me to join the Hilton Rewards program which made my stay all the better! Elijah was also very helpful and welcoming. "Do not stay here! A man complained of bed bugs right as we were booking into our room! The man at the front desk seemed unbothered by it, like it was a regular occurrence. He gave us a sob story saying people just say that to try and get their money back after they’ve finished doing whatever it was they were doing in there. I told i’m gonna check out the room before finalizing the booking. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was greeted by not one, not two, but THREE roaches crawling on both the floor and wall. I took video evidence and ran out of there so fast. Not to mention there’s a lingering smell in the air that’s hard to place but not pleasing to inhale. Come here you own risk."
