"Very clean and amazing location "

"There aren’t very many options of places to stay while you’re in Murphy’s unless you want to go into Angels Camp or Arnold, but I do think that of the options available this one is a better option. The space was quite clean, large and spacious. We had everything we needed. It is a bit outdated. It’s nice that they give you the option of donuts or a breakfast burrito in the morning, nothing fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but it was nice. As far as the staff, we only encountered 2 people, there was a man at checkout who was very kind and friendly, and made our checkout incredibly simple. However, there was an older blonde woman that was there when we checked in, she came off as a bit rude, and not even the slightest bit friendly. In fact, in that moment, we considered not staying, but we took a breath and a moment, and went upstairs to our room and ended up having a really nice evening. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this house! After a cabin cancellation at higher elevations due to a winter snowstorm this house was a wonderful alternative. The hosts were very gracious and allowed us to come on the same day of reservation. The house was very clean and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. The long table in the eating area was great for family games and the wood burning stove kept us very warm. Our small dog and boys enjoyed the property. The views and sunset were also amazing from the back deck and pool area! "
