"My husband and I love weekend escapes to the city and we chose to rent this beautiful house in North Beach from Jennifer. 1st, Jennifer was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The house was decorated perfectly and the house had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It felt like home away from home. With that being said, the location was SUPER amazing. We never used a taxi or a car. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE. We woke up early and were first in line at the popular MaMa's...

The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. "I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"
