The staff at the front desk is great!! The hotel does not seem to be too old and the king size room was very large and comfortable. It included breakfast which was also good.

The hotel was well situated close to the Sterling winery - hotel also offered a discount for the Sterling wine tour - well worth the visit. Room was clean, staff were great and breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. The community of Calistoga was also interesting and welcoming.

Our room was very clean and neat. The front desk receptionists were both cordial and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the counter and tables were clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was convenient to downtown shops and eateries. Breakfast was normal stuff - a bit boring but there were plenty of places to eat in the area. We would stay there again.

We've stayed at Best Western Stevenson's Manor several times always great. But the steam sauna and dry sauna could use an update. If you want to use them you need to turn the steam sauna on 15 to 20 mins before you want to use it and the dry sauna can take up to 30 min. Something we didn't know. and a shout out to Robert front desk we had a small issue that he addressed immediately to our satisfaction. Thank you Robert

Second year in a row we stayed in a room by the road. I think we have finally learned out lesson. It is somewhat of a main thoroughfare. While the breakfast is an add plus, it is very basic and we ignore it, going to many wonderful places in town. The nice pool is a big plus for us.
