Nice and new place, the staff is the best.

I just wanted to share how thrilled I am about our experience at this resort. We’ve only vacationed at Caribbean resorts in the past, so this was our first time visiting Turkey — and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Even though we always choose 5-star hotels, Swandor Topkapi Palace has truly been the best one so far. Everything was amazing — from the beautifully maintained grounds to the lovely beach, and especially the delicious food. We stayed in a duplex, which was perfect for us and my 79-year-old mom — very spacious and comfortable for three adults. I’d like to give a very special shout-out to a wonderful staff member named Dilafruz. On our first day, while we were away for our dental appointments, my mom got lost on the resort grounds. Dilafruz not only helped her find her way back to our room but also made sure she had something to eat. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care touched me deeply, and I’ll always be grateful for the way she looked after my mom. It was truly above and beyond, and that kind of compassion is rare to find. Thank you, Swandor Topkapi Palace, for such a beautiful and unforgettable stay!

Absolutely loved it here! Everything is done with care, elegance, and precision. The hotel is a true resort not just in name, but in experience. Guest relations? On point. Friendly, attentive, professional just how it should be. Restaurants? Amazing. Every day feels like a culinary celebration at the main restaurant. There are four different high-quality protein options daily perfect if you’re into fitness or detoxing. And yes, around 80% of the ingredients are organic and sourced locally. No processed junk here! Many items are even made in-house. The kitchen team is world-class, and the staff overall is extremely kind, helpful, and respectful especially when it comes to the environment. Of course, let’s be real: no hotel on Earth has 100% flawless staff anymore (people don’t really want to work in hospitality these days… who knows, maybe in the future robots will do it? 🤖) But for now—these folks are doing a brilliant job. I’m truly impressed. The hotel has made serious investments: • A highly advanced elevator system (yes, it’s next level) • Incredible views of the Taurus Mountains and the sea from above • Nature all around, with total peace • A structure reinforced against earthquakes—solid and safe If you’re looking for a place that’s luxurious, environmentally conscious, secure, and full of flavor this is the spot. Trust me, you’ll love it. Give it a try you’ll thank me later! 10/10
