Lovely home in a great location

Had a great stay in this house. Great location and the house had lots of utensils, plates, bowls, etc. The coffee machine was good and the open spaces and back outdoor area were all enjoyable.

Home away from home

This is our second stay at Tree and Sea and we absolutely love it. The house and owners are very welcoming and the location is beyond beautiful and an easy walk to the beach. You will love staying here, it is perfect for families.

This house is pretty good and calm, huge place to spend with large , multiple games, outdoor space , full kitchen, near to beach, lovely firewood and ambience. The host was responsive all the time. Will definitely reckon this stay and come back.

Lovely getaway spot

A lovely property with close proximity to the beach. Clear instructions for check-in/out and local guide book. The property is really nicely laid out and decorated. The host was really responsive from booking through to check-out.

Great Quiet Getaway Beautiful Area

The whole process to book and check in was simple and I was amazed at the property upon arrival. Beautiful beds, furniture, board games, entertaining area, all things needed for a great holiday with family and friends. A short walk to the stunning beach too. Plenty of space and beds. The neighbourhood is exceptionally quiet and beautiful with a gorgeous tree view in the background. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at David’s house. The property was well equipped, quiet and relaxing. Our child especially loved the range of kids books there. Walking distance to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A peaceful stay

We loved the easy peace found in this very well-appointed property. Sitting on the back verandah watching the sun set or listening to the morning chorus of birds with a cup of espresso was wonderful. The access to many excellent areas to explore - Green Patch, Pebbly Beach Culburra Beach (great food found here) also added to our pleasure.A very well appointed home.

Looking forward to returning!

Great for single gender groups (ie. girls’ trip for a wedding at The Merribee) or some couples with kids. Love the layout, easy check in/out, plenty warm in winter & detailed visitors guide for the area. Like many, thrilled by the games/puzzles collection! If keen on TV/movie streaming, would recommend a chromecast though. We’ll be back, thank you David!

Tranquil holiday home

Beautiful tranquil location for my family to come together for holidays. Good living spaces indoor and outdoor, and had all the things we required. Friendly community and dog friendly property and beaches. Communication with the host was quick, with clear check in check out requirements. Our only suggested improvement would be a better clean to remove the cobwebs / dust from the kitchen / rear living / alfresco areas…however in saying this we would stay here again without hesitation.

A fantastic family home

Birthday Family get together.

Fantastic accommodation in a lovely quiet street.Everything you could possibly need was provided.Beautiful bush outlook from the amazing back veranda and only a short walk to the stunning Callala Beach.Our dogs love the very well maintained backyard.Would definitely recommend Tree &Sea.Loved it👌

The house and garden were well set up with everything you could want. Lots of varied reading material and entertainment options for all ages. The front yard fence was a bit low if you have a jumping kind of dog, but was fine for our Shepherd. Great back deck with fabulous outlook. Very comfortable all round. We will certainly be going back! Wonderful beach too!

Mini Beach Break

3 couples looking for a stress free few nights by the beach.. and we got it! The property was well located, with a lovely outlook over bush and trees from the back deck. Very well appointed with plenty of cutlery, crockery and kitchen items which was appreciated! Only drawback was no air con - not a huge problem for 3 nights but could be for a weekly stay at the height of summer. Would definitely recommend Tree &Sea!

Christmas Holiday!

We spent a week at Tree & See over Christmas and had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is very well equipped (kitchen, games, books, magazines, CDs) and there are plenty of different spaces to sit and relax. Even though there were 8 of us (plus dog), it was easy to do your own thing/find your own space. We loved the back deck with bush view - spent a lot of time relaxing out there - very therapeutic! The house is a short walk to the coffee van, Bowling Club and the beach (although we mostly drove to the beach). Nice and quiet area. We were worried about the lack of air con from other reviews but it was fine with a nice breeze - we didn’t have super hot days though. We also enjoyed family cooking/late night snacks around the kitchen table. Probably one of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed at although we weren’t able master the coffee machine… Everyone in our group really enjoyed the house (even the dog!) and we’d love to stay again!
