Accommodating up to eight guests, this spacious villa is designed with families in mind. The large, fenced garden offers a private oasis where both children and pets can play freely. Inside, the modern living room features a cozy seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen television, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. French doors open to the garden and surrounding terrace, allowing you to bask in the sun all day long. Step outside to the sunny terrace, which is partly covered and features various seating areas along with four sun loungers for those lazy afternoons. With a washing machine, crib, high chair, and handcart available, Villa Matisse is perfectly equipped for families with young children. Plus, you can park conveniently on your own property. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a sizable dining table where everyone can gather for meals together. On the ground floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a beautifully designed bathroom with a refreshing shower. The entire ground floor benefits from underfloor heating for added comfort. A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll discover two more bedrooms, complete with a safety gate at the top.
