"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

"Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden, es war so ziemlich alles vor Ort. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft...

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."

"L'appartement esr superbe, l' accueil est tres sympa et professionnel. La qualité des équipements est au top. L'appartement est super propre. Il y a des produits " accueil", cela permet de pouvoir faire du café. Du thés sa.s attendre de faire les courses. La vue de L'appartement est simplement geniale sur la baie de Cannes et la mer. Les exterieurs de la residence sont tres bien entretenus et la piscine très grande. Que du bonheur pendant notre sejour. Nhesitez pas a louer, sans voiture c'est un...

"Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette appartement. C’est un très bel appartement avec pour moi un inconvénient. Il est situé près du centre et de la plage ce qui est parfait mais dans un rond-point très passant. Pour nous habitant à la campagne le bruit était trop important. L’accueil par Annie a été parfait. Elle est très sympathique et arrangeante."

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."
