"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

"Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden, es war so ziemlich alles vor Ort. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft...

"Le mazet se trouve à tres courte distance à pied de tout et notamment d'une très belle plage, très propre, ainsi que d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché. Il se trouve dans un grand lotissement qui comporte des villas et des appartements dans des blocs R+1. En septembre, ce lotissement était très calme. Le mazet comporte deux niveaux. Le niveau supérieur (deux chambres, WC, bains) est très optimisé et le mobilier semble récent. Le niveau inférieur, comme le supérieur, a été repeint récemment...

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."
