"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I made my reservation through Expedia, and they never gave any indication that I needed to bring my U.S. passport and my immigration form. They wouldn't let me into the hotel because I only had my driver's license with me. The only way I was able to get in was by using my dad's Mexican documents. On top of that, the room didn't have air conditioning; it was incredibly hot."
