he hotel is perfect because it has amazing pools, especially the ones near the spa, since they are quiet and there aren’t many people around. However, there is no shaded area where guests can take refuge from the sun.
Also, there are no ramps to access the restaurants with baby strollers. The building where my room was located had the elevator on the second floor, and there was no way to get my grandchildren’s stroller upstairs except by carrying it up the stairs. If they were asleep, we had to carry them along with the stroller.
The staff at some of the restaurants, especially El Zarape, were extremely rude and seemed unwilling to help, as were some of the people who assisted us during check-in.
By the way, I was also charged a $75 fee that I had never been charged at any other resort before.
