The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again. "

"El hotel sería fácilmente un 10 si el servicio durante el desayuno pudiera mejorar. Lamentablemente, el staff de la mañana en el buffet mostró un servicio lento y, en algunos casos, poco amable. En particular, algunos colaboradores como Jordan, Manuel y el cocinero encargado de huevos y quesadillas transmitieron una actitud poco empática, dando la impresión de que el servicio se brindaba a disgusto, como si fuera un favor y no parte de la experiencia del huésped.
