"Not our first stay at Cally Palace. We like the area. The hotel is set back in private grounds but within easy reach of the A75. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a pool, hot tub and sauna which we made use of. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which we fully enjoyed. After a stay at Cally Palace we always enjoy our time and leave feeling relaxed. Looking forward to returning soon. "

"Had a great stay. We were met by Karen when we first arrived, she (like all the staff) was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We had a lovely meal and the breakfast was also delicious. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was warm on our arrival, and had everything we required for our overnight stay. The room was clean and had plenty cupboard space. Breakfast the next morning was cooked freshly by Michelle, who was a great host. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the area."

"We had a lovely stay here, the house was stunning as was the location. The host went above beyond to make our stay memorable. There were a few glitches while we were there (just bad luck) but Gavin was excellent, responding quickly and he generously refunded us a night of our stay. Other reviews mention the water, this really isn't an issue its a private water supply which is common in Scotland.. boil it or bring your own! "
