The location is perfect- right next to a beautiful beach- we went early morning because it does get busy- 5 minute walk from a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the marina. "The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat.
The villa itself is lovely, good position above cala llombards bay (which is stunning). Unfortunately as you would expect the bay is stunning which means its very busy, the street can be busy as well with tourists parking and looking for the bay.
Ants were a bit of challenge with any crumbs, work surfaces etc which meant constant mopping/hoovering. Emptying bins daily is a bit of a phaff but ok once you get used to it."

"The location of this beautiful home is just simply jaw-dropping, gorgeous. To be able to relax and swim in the pool while overlooking the sea and bustling activity is sublime. The home was in excellent condition and the communication with the host, Len, was timely and efficient. He or the house staff responded quickly to any small issues we needed to be addressed. We truly enjoyed our stay at this very special property."
