Excellent relaxed property.

Excellent property in great location. Bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. Pool area is also much better than photos. 5 minutes walk to our favourite beach in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, weil wir Platz zu haben genießen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sowie auch die Verwalterin vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und nett.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die angemietete Ferienwohnung bietet nahezu alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von zuhause kennt. Sie liegt an einer exponierten Stelle der Bucht Cala Santanyi und ist rundum ausgestattet, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verleben. Dass sehr ansprechende Interieur und die Vielzahl der Haushaltsutensilien lassen sofortiges Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. An "alles" wurde gedacht, um dem Wunsch des Gastes zu entsprechen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Ansprechperson vor Ort für die Immobilie. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt und schöne Tage verlebt, dem ist nicht zu helfen.

Stilvolles Appartement mit Meerblick

Das Appartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet vom Balkon einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür und ist in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Am Pool waren wir jedes Mal unter uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch der Brückenbogen „Es Pontas“ . Wir waren wirklich sehr mit dem Appartment zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist auf Niveau schöner Wohnen ausgestattet und es gibt auch viele Gewürze und Küchenutensilien. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und man hört das Meeresrauschen Die Bucht ist allerdings während der Hochsaison stark frequentiert, da sich dort ganz viele Apartment Hotels befinden. Wir sind dann immer an andere Strände gefahren.

Super Lage

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und super praktisch gelegen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Besen anzuschaffen, um die Wohnung zwischendurch vom Sand zu befreien und andere Balkonmöbel. Die Möbel sind bleischwer und schwer zu verschieben und den Tisch kann man kaum putzen, da er so uneben ist. So isst man stets auf einem etwas unsauberen Tisch.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Deckenventilatoren in den beiden Schlafzimmern sorgten für angenehme Nächte und machten eine Klimaanlage überflüssig. Der Kontakt vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr nett und immer erreichbar wenn mal eine Frage aufkam. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Apartment!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Buchung und Abwicklung lief super. Schnell und unkompliziert. Das Apartment verfügt über eine tolle Einrichtung, es fehlt an nix und ist einfach sehr gemütlich. Bequeme Betten, klasse Küche. Saubere Badezimmer. Alles top. „Leider“ war das Wetter Ende Oktober einfach zu gut mit 26-28 Grad, so dass wir mehr in der Cala Santanyi oder Cala Sa Nau unterwegs waren. Aber die Zeit, die wir im Apartment „Andrea“ verbracht haben war top. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Super Apartment in schönem Örtchen

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 und fast 2 Jahre) sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts und das Apartment bietet sehr viel Platz mit einem riesigen Balkon. Der Blick auf das Meer ist dort zu jeder Tageszeit ein wahrer Genuss. Der Pool ist sauber und super, um den Tag mit einer Abkühlung zu starten oder zu beenden. Cala Santanyi ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit einem guten Supermarkt und schönen Restaurants. Der Strand ist super und die Bucht ist klasse zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Tretbootfahren, SUP und sogar Tauchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Unterstützung vor Ort. Sollte man Mal Fragen oder Probleme haben ist die Kommunikation super einfach und die Rückmeldungen erfolgen immer sofort. Gleiches gilt für die sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Estupendo apartamento solo pondría un pero..

... toda la comunicación escrita con el propietario era en alemán y traducida al inglés. En el libro de visitas no hay ni un comentario en español... al igual que en las valoraciones. No obstante tienen una persona encargada de recibirnos que si habla español y es muy atenta. La televisión no es disponible en español solo es un canal por satélite alemán de pago imposible verla en mi país y en español. Al menos no hubo solución cuando lo planteamos. Preciosa decoración aunque no se pueden abrir las puertas de la terraza porque rozan con la cama... deberían mejorar y adaptar el interior. La wifi no llega a uno de los dormitorios. Nada de esto impidió disfrutar del precioso apartamento y de la zona.
