  • Recently built, this stunning, modern villa of 280m2 offers spacious living areas with large glass windows merging the interior and exterior and allowing the breeze and light to flow in all day.
    This villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, you will enjoy convivial moments with family and friends on the covered terrace alongside this impressive pool and sunny garden

    7 cameras are installed to capture the exterior areas of the villa only :

    2 cameras on the right hand side of the garden
    2 cameras at the back garden
    2 cameras at the front garden
    1 cameras in the kiosk focussing on the main entrance

    New regulation of the Tourist Authority Act, a tourist fee of 3 Euros per guest and per night is effective from October 1st 2025, the tourist fee is not applicable to guests under the age of 12 years
