Outdoor Living


The outdoor spaces are all about enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. There’s a private garden with an Argentinian-style BBQ, perfect for grilling and sharing meals outside. The covered porch has a dining table and plenty of chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with loved ones. Upstairs, the terrace overlooks the shared gardens and pools, offering a chill-out spot with sofas and a coffee table. And to top it off, there’s a hammock and some beach chairs waiting for you to kick back in the sun.





Inside the House
The house is spread across three levels, giving everyone their own space:

Ground Floor (Split Level): You’ll walk into the open-plan kitchen, complete with a dining table that seats six. Just a few steps up is the living room, a single bedroom, a laundry corner, and a guest toilet.

First Floor: Here, you’ll find a large double bedroom with a sitting area and wardrobe space, plus a single bedroom that leads to a small balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There’s also a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Lower Level:This cozy space has a bedroom with a study area, perfect for catching up on work or enjoying a little quiet time.

No smoking allowed in the house .

Well trained pets are welcome - max 2.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.

Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome.

· The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be charged according to the rate in force at the time of check-in.
