"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."

"the only thing would have liked would have been a toaster and a few knives and forks and plates the ocean view is debatable. you can see the ocean in the distance there are buildings in front. they have a beautiful pool with a heated spa which was great. it is right in the town centre and walking distance to the water. "

"The pool was closed for repairs and wotif did not inform. However breakfree did let me know about 5 days prior to my visit. At that stage it was too late to make other arrangements. The staff at the hotel were however exceptional pleasant cheerful and kind and did upgrade us to make up for the issue with the pool "
