Fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. Spacious and bright and with spectacular views of the sea, modern furnishings: open living-dining room with window with Samart TV, air conditioning, hot/cold pump.


Kitchen (oven, gas cooker, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Two bathrooms, one with a shower/WC en suite and the other with a bathtub/WC/bidet. It has 2 terraces: one with views of the sea in the Calpe port area and the other with views of the sea in the Playa la Fossa area. The front terrace has two chairs to enjoy the sunset and a table with chairs for lunch, dinner or breakfast. The other terrace has a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunrise.
