The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard.

The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Handwash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried to stay in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Ángel is a very nice apartment in the Orellana building on the first line on the Levante Calpe beach, at the end of the promenade. It offers wonderful views of the Benissa and Calpe coasts, a large communal pool with sea views, and a private car park. The city center of Calpe is 2 km, the port 1 km. Altea and Moraira are 10 km away and are two very popular tourist resorts.

This front-line apartment enjoys exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea. Also, we can find all kinds of services within walking distance, a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops along the seafront. It is a good option for families who want to spend their holidays close to this popular tourist center, without having to use the car.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, with an elevator. The entrance leads into a cozy living/dining room with Sat + TV + DVD and a sunroom with wonderful sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two double bedrooms, plus a shower / WC. The apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning. There is also a private parking space in the building's underground garage.
