Enjoy the sunrise over the sea on the terrace and the unique view to the symbol of Calpe, the "Peñon de Ifach".The tastefully furnished flat of 78 m² can accommodate up to 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, a bright living-dining room and a covered terrace with incomparable sea views. The flat is located in a quiet and very well maintained apartment building with terrace and communal pool. Through the access to the garden you have the possibility to go directly to the promenade and the beach. The accommodation disposes of two lifts, parking place in the garage (included in the rent), community pool, central air-conditioning hot/cold, Internet connection (WLAN), satellite TV in Spanish, English, German and French, furnished and equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, iron/board, hairdryer and much more.
