Beautiful beachfront apartment with communal pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 5 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
INTERIOR: This magnificent apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to the terrace with stunning views of the sea, the rock of Ifach and the port of Calpe. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed. A bedroom with two single beds and a last bedroom with a single bed. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
OUTSIDE: Large terrace with beautiful views. There is a communal pool and a parking space for one vehicle.
LOCATION: This apartment is in an unbeatable location on the beachfront, ideal for dispensing with a vehicle while on vacation. It is only 20 m from the beach and restaurants and 400 m from the nearest supermarket. The center of Calpe is 2.4 km away.
