APARTMENT 2: Large living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and air conditioning, open kitchen with ceramic hob, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower.







APARTMENT 3: Bright living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and air conditioning, separate kitchen with ceramic hob, and three bedrooms (two with two single beds each and one with a double bed). Additionally, a bathroom with shower.







The MAIN FLOOR offers a cozy atmosphere with a living-dining room, SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom), two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The air conditioning in the reception on this floor guarantees a pleasant atmosphere.







The FIRST FLOOR has an open bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. It also has a bathroom with a shower.

The spacious exterior offers a garden plot, a 10x5.4 pool with Roman stairs, an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Covered parking on the plot for 2 vehicles and the possibility of outdoor parking guarantee your comfort.
