  • Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms.



    INTERIOR: This villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious lounge with SAT/TDT TV and access, via a few steps to the open dining area, as well as to the pool area. There is a fully equipped independent kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms with two single beds each and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and finally a bathroom with shower.



    EXTERIOR: Large terrace with a triangular pool 9x10 with Roman steps and outdoor shower. A pleasant brick-built barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and has parking for 3 vehicles on the same plot.



    LOCATION: The villa is situated in a residential urbanisation, just 1 km from La Fustera beach and 2 km from La Fossa beach, as well as all restaurants and all other facilities. The nearest supermarket is 750 m away and Calpe town centre is 4.5 km away.



    OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are accepted with a supplement.
