Charming holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) designed to provide comfort for 6 people, distributed on one floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.







INSIDE:



The upper floor of this pleasant villa offers a cozy living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, ensures convenience in preparing delicious meals. A master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, both equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period.







ABROAD:



The exterior of the villa features a spacious covered terrace that houses the impressive 8x4 meter swimming pool, complete with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. There is also a space with a washing machine and a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking on the same plot has capacity for up to 3 vehicles.
