This charming villa, designed for 12 people, offers you a perfect refuge with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two independent floors connected by elegant external stairs.

GROUND FLOOR: Large living-dining room, separate kitchen with gas hob, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



UPPER FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob, living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. In addition, two independent bathrooms, both with bathtubs. All rooms have air conditioning for your comfort.



ABROAD:



Enjoy the private 8x4 pool with metal stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. The pool area is surrounded by artificial grass, creating an oasis of relaxation.



LOCATION:



Located in front of the “Salinas” of Calpe, this villa is in a privileged area, close to various services. Within a short distance, you can access the center of Calpe (2 km), the sandy beach (1 km) and the supermarket (0.5 km).
