Rooms are a little dated but good shower, kitchen area could do with a refit, beds are firm but slept really well on them, towels were changed 3 times in a weeks stay. Great location at the quiet end of the strip. All in all good value for money & we really enjoyed our stay

The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice, helpful and welcoming:) Sometimes there were hairs from the cleaners on the towels, which did not look very appealing(we still managed). The beach as well as the whole hotel facility was nice and well kept. Would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is really nice! Cleaning of the rooms every second/third day. It was also clean outside and around the pool area too. The staff were polite and nice – especially Valerio who was very service minded and helpful with everything we needed. I have only positive things to say about the hotel and its staff! The only negative experience for us was the very loud and inconsiderate British and Irish tourists which are unfortunately everywhere in Mallorca and not just at this hotel…

A beautiful hotel, but a lot of mold around the ac. Besides this, the ac costs money per day. The staff seem arrogant, but the pool entertainer gives a good and pleasant atmosphere.

Valaria fantastic person

Great entertainment around the pool kids had a great time. My wife had an emergency brain operation while here and Valaria the guy on the front desk was fantastic helping me with all my needs without his help i could not have got by and i tried to give him some reward he refused to take anything. He is a thoroughly descent human being

Exceeded expectations

Great Location ...Close to Everything..I got a very high (lift still not working) appartment initially and with a bad knee was challenging.Thankfully on day 3 they facilitated a move for me.Karl in entertainment was excellent and made stay very enjoyable and had a great way with adult/kids alike.Splash Bingo was a big hit.Food at pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced

It’s ok needs upkeep but otherwise it’s fine. The pool is nice but you have to get your own chair they are not clean and there is barely any room by the pool. The kitchen is not well equipped. The front desk staff are very lovely.

Flights of stairs

Nice clean room,but air conditioning had to be paid for extra cost & most of the rooms had to be accessed by flights of stairs quite a lot in some cases ie no lifts. The staff were friendly & restaurant & swimming pool was nice, plenty of sun beds but no parasols,& there were a few large groups of young men allowed to stay at the hotel

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist altbacken und rustikal. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Es wurde fast jeden Tag die Handtücher ausgetauscht, aber leider nicht einmal geputzt. Es war okay würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Appart hôtel bien placé.

Logement très bien placé. Personnel d'accueil toujours présent et sympathique. Le personnel de ménage est présent tous les deux jours. Attention matelas à ressorts pour ceux qui n'aiment pas. Le simple vitrage est dommage par rapport aux bruits extérieurs. Mauvaises odeurs dans les canalisations de la salle de douche.

Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

Great palm trees

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too. Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly. Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.
