Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist altbacken und rustikal. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Es wurde fast jeden Tag die Handtücher ausgetauscht, aber leider nicht einmal geputzt. Es war okay würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Man får, hvad man betaler for. - En noget slidt lejlighed og nogle forfærdelige madrasser, hvor en topmadras ville have gjort underværker. Beliggenheden er fin med gåafstand på 5 min. til en vidunderlig sandstrand. Ingen elevator og en del larm fra gaden.

Appart hôtel bien placé.

Logement très bien placé. Personnel d'accueil toujours présent et sympathique. Le personnel de ménage est présent tous les deux jours. Attention matelas à ressorts pour ceux qui n'aiment pas. Le simple vitrage est dommage par rapport aux bruits extérieurs. Mauvaises odeurs dans les canalisations de la salle de douche.

Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

Great palm trees

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too. Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly. Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.

The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Hôtel très vétuste

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, Accueil et personnels courtois, souriants très bien cependant le logement chambre 032 n’en était pas de même, pas de climatisation (fait partie des taxes à payer par jour), logement non insonorisé nous entendions les voisins, cafards, fourmis qui sortent de la prise, la salle de bain devient une piscine à la suite d’une douche l’eau passe entre le bac de douche et la vitre, et le pompon est la literie matelas et coussins qui sentent la transpiration Parking gratuit à 10min sinon stationnement payant devant sauf le wkd, taxe de séjour a payer en liquide. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement hôtel très vétuste, photos non représentatives, très cher pour la qualité

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable. Cependant, nous avons eu de nombreux problèmes durant notre séjour (9 jours). La première chose, qui n'est absolument pas précisé dans les annonces de l'hôtel, est qu'il faut payer la taxe de séjour en espèces UNIQUEMENT. Ensuite, nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que la climatisation était payante, 7€ par jour; bien que nous ayons par la suite pu voir que cette information était spécifiée dans l'annonce (rubrique "taxes"). A notre arrivée, le frigo n'était pas froid, nous avons voulu le mettre à fond mais nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour qu'il soit à la bonne température. Au réveil de la deuxième journée, nous observons plusieurs punaises de lit, nous avons été piqué une vingtaine de fois chacun sur le corps; immédiatement apèrs avoir découvert cela, nous avons fait nos valises dans le but de changer de chambre, le personnel de l'accueil a été très compréhensif, nous a payé la laverie pour toutes nos affaires, mais nous avons quand même perdu une journée. Cet incident nous a fait remarqué que cet établissement n'était pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (ascenceur en panne et passage obligatoire par la piscine ce qui rend l'accessiblité compliquée, avec énormément d'escaliers). Des odeurs noséanbondes remontent dans les appartements par les canalisations. Ces appartements ne sont PAS DU TOUT insonorisés, toutes les nuits, nous avons été réveillés à cause du bruit.
