We had an awesome stay! Our room was perfect, wifi worked fantastic and reached everywhere on the property. The pool was great and the pool seating around was perfect. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and had lots of selection. The hotel felt safe, with security at the entrance at night. Honestly staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our visit to Mallorca!

Amazing value for a single room, great destination for solo travellers - especially solo women as it was so safe and the staff were so friendly! Great location, especially for picking up the local buses. Really easy to get the bus to the airport (A11 route very cheap, quicker and cheaper than airport transfer coaches), back to Palma or to the beaches along the coast to the West. Lots of walking routes, buffet really delicious, mini fridge in the room and Aldi 10 mins walk away to stock up on snacks and drinks for your room to have on the balcony. Dreamy solo destination

This is a relatively new hotel, and one of the first things that stood out was how very clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very nice and a great place to relax. Another highlight was the food—the breakfast and brunch were both really good, with a satisfying selection and good quality. The only inconvenience was the deposit policy. You had to leave a deposit for several additional items, such as an iron, ironing board, and extra towels, which was a little inconvenient during the stay. It would have been more convenient if some of these basic items were available without requiring a deposit. The hotel is also within driving distance of some really good beaches, making it a good option if you have a car or are planning to use taxis or other transportation. Also, there is a free parking infront of the hotel but the parking is random.

This is newly remodeled, and we had a great stay. Our room was not on the pool side, which saved us $ and was quieter. Great food: unlimited brunch was just super. Something for everyone. Live DJ but chill music, not a party hotel. Small but lovely pool for lounging. One block from the fast bus to Palma or the airport, so we didn't need to rent a car. Things that could be improved: -during brunch there's water out but after 1:30, the only water for purchase is in single-use plastics from a vending machine. Have a purified water station for guests to refill. -unregulated smoking by the pool. Please create a separate area so that everyone else doesn't have to breathe in cigarettes. This was more of an issue when crowded but is a dealbreaker. -pool hours are quite limited: 10-6. The sun didn't set till after 9 pm. -bar closes at 7 and seems like it could stay open longer including for non-alcoholic drinks and popsicles. Have a few things for sale like sunscreen.

Amazing hotel & Great Vibes We were worried that it wouldn’t open on time but everything was perfect on our arrival. Really nice fresh rooms all brand new. Great pool with live DJ, nice drinks and a long brunch that you can have your breakfast and then go back for your lunch (great if on a budget) 5/10 minute walk into the centre/beach. I highly recommend this hotel

La struttura è di nuova ristrutturazione, quindi è praticamente aggiornato a tutti i sistemi pienamente funzionale. Tutto bene organizzato comodo il parcheggio sia privato dell’hotel che uno pubblico proprio di fronte alla struttura e direi anche ottima la posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge e dal lungomare dei locali, ma sufficientemente staccato per non essere coinvolto dai rumori e dalla confusione

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Musik und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Besonders toll ist das Brunch Angebot bis 13:30 Uhr. So kann man morgens frühstücken und mittags noch eine Kleinigkeit essen. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber. Angesichts des Lautstärkepegels anderer Hotelgäste bis spät in die Nacht rein, fiel es uns oft schwer, zu schlafen. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt an diesem Hotel.

Ich war selten in einem so sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Hotel und das auch noch zu diesem Preis. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war extrem abwechslungsreich und frisch. Insgesamt war die Anlage einem hervorragenden Zustand. Tagsüber spielte eine DJane live Music im Außenbereich am Pool. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 min Fußweg und zum bekannten Magaluf Strip ca. 15 min.

Vi hade bokat en vecka med premium rum med egen terrass med solsängar. Hotellet helt nyrenoverat och allt var därmed i bra skick. Problemet vi hade var att klientelet som bodde i rummen ovanför med balkong slängde ner cigaretter, tuggummin och till och med glas ner på vår terass. Receptionspersonalen ryckte på axlarna, kunde definitivt ha gjort mer där. Lite tråkigt att behöva gå med tofflor ute så man inte skar upp fötterna i glaskross. Frukost/brunch var ok, kunde varit lite mer variation. Men smidigt med att kunna äta frukost och lättare lunch i buffé format. Ingen restaurang öppen på kvällarna så man är tvungen att ta sig iväg för middag. Baren stänger kl 19 och ingen kvällsunderhållning så det var ganska dött på kvällarna. Kunde vara lite livat i korridorerna på småtimmarna så glöm inte öronproppar om man vill sova. Balkongdörren hade bra ljudisolering mot poolområdet, men dörren mot korridoren var inte särskilt bra ljudisolerad.

Die Zimmer waren neu und sehr sauber. Abends wurde es durch die Partygäste, sowohl auf den Balkonen vom Hotel, als auch von den Nachbargebäuden, sehr laut. Der Schallschutz ist nicht so wie in Deutschland. Da wir beide aber grundsätzlich mit Ohropax schlafen störte uns der Geräuschpegel nicht. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Minuspunkt müssen wir leider vergeben da das WLAN auf der 6. Etage leider nicht funktionierte.

Wir sind bereits einen Tag nach Eröffnung angereist und waren super positiv, das Personal ist bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und gesamte Anlage schön gestaltet, die Bar hat zwar nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet aber die Getränke sind perfekt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausgewogen, ab Vormittags Switcht das Buffet eher zu Mittagessen. Alle vom Personal sind super zuvorkommend. Leider wurde es ab Tag 5 im Hotel immer voller und das Klientel hat das Image und unseren Aufenthalt ziemlich stark runtergezogen. Die Straße in der das Hotel liegt ist ruhig, eher am Rand von Magaluf aber der Kern ist schnell erreichbar. Es waren viele junge Gruppen von jungen Leuten da (zu der wir eigentlich auch gehören) die sich aber leider total daneben benommen haben. Morgens früh lag vor dem Hotel Müll und Essensreste, der Aufzug war voller Bier und ab 3 Uhr Nachts wurde teilweise mit Megafonen(!) im Hotel rum gebrüllt. Dass etwas dagegen unternommen wurde haben wir leider nicht bemerkt, wobei ich auch glaube, dass es schwierig ist dagegen anzukommen. Die Wände sind dünn, so dass man auch alles mitbekommt. Falls sich das Klientel ändern sollte würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen, so leider nicht.

Après une semaine passée dans cet hôtel, je regrette sincèrement mon départ. Le personnel était exceptionnel, le déjeuner délicieux, l’hôtel magnifique et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. Ils font également l’effort de parler plusieurs langues pour faciliter l’acclimatation des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à 100%.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen – eine Bushaltestelle für den ÖPNV etwa zur Kathedrale oder zum Flughafen ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und modern und auch der Poolbereich ist richtig gut – allerdings ist das Zimmer sehr beengt. Ich war vorher auf einem älteren Kreuzfahrtschiff in einer günstigen Kabine und hatte dort erheblich mehr Platz. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeiterin beim Checkin sehr freundlich war. Vielen Dank dafür!
