Amazing hotel, with lovely stuff, great entertainment and amenities: swimming pool by the sea served with a bar. For the food, lots of variety and excellent quality. Definitely to come back for an amazing stay in the name of the relax.

Overall good hotel and would reccomend, Staff were welcoming upon arrival, the hotel itself is in a great location and has great amenities BUT it does feels like alot of the smaller stuff are overlooked, there was a strange smells in the corridors, rust on balcony door handle, stains on toilet seat. Just small stuff on what was otherwise a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Leonardo Hotel in Mallorca. Room was great and the sea view astonishing, friendly staff and great entertainment by the pool. Location one of the best in the area. Hope to come back!

Family holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca, quick friendly check-in. and a room with a view of Palmanova bay. Food was very good with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to satisfy customers.

The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. Aircon in the room was a bit hit and miss and a fridge (rather than just a cooler) would have been a lovely bonus. Pools towels were provided. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of things, although not as much choice as other hotels, and the main bar was a bit dated. Overall a good stay for good value.

The hotel is in a lovely area of Mallorca..stunning views and have accommodating staff who are very friendly and nice. That's the good. The hotel however is more of a 3 star with ambition to be 4..and it's frustratingly close but not quite there. The outdoor bar is functional but with all inclusive drinks around is pretty slow. More complex drinks are chargeable. The pool area is very nice but the bar food was very disappointing. Dinner was really good and worth the disappointing daytime bar food..but wish they would have done more with it. Breakfast was decent. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to the area but unsure if we would try the hotel again unless they do a bit of renovations and improvements....Just small things. Example, scuff marks on walls... fix tiles cracked on floors, better bar options, but of perfume in the lobby... Just small things...better water dispensary in the reception. I'm happy to have experienced the hotel and the value for money was great so can't complain too much. Bed wss nice staff were lovely...and views were amazing..so if the little details don't bother you...then a great stay awaits!

We booked room only and had a positive experience. It was a nice hotel although slightly warn in some areas for example a lot of the sunbeds where half broken still usable tho. A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again

We had a lovely week at Leonardo Royal. The location and views were lovely, especially from the sea view rooms. The all inclusive buffet was generous and we never had to queue for tables. Santiago, our waiter, was always helpful and truly the best. The service at the pool bar is slow.

Breakfast each day was nice and fresh maybe a little disorganised but, we managed to work out where things were. However, some improvements can be made on juice machine as none of the juices actually tasted of anything and definitely not juice Everything else was very good!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca and would happily recommend it, especially for families with young children. The location is excellent, the sea views are beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pools and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The all-inclusive package offered good value for money. There was plenty of food to choose from throughout the day, although some meals were quite basic. We always found something we enjoyed. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the pest control. During our stay, we saw one cockroach on the welcome drink tray, which the staff removed immediately after we reported it, and another one inside our room during the night. We understand that insects can be more common in a warm coastal destination like Mallorca, but we hope the hotel can improve its pest control, as this is something guests should not experience in a 4-star hotel. Despite this, we had a fantastic holiday and created wonderful family memories. With improved pest control, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars.
