Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is ok... quite basic but it's functional. Some of the staff members at check in wern't overly friendly. What is also frustrating is that check in is at 3pm, even though the room may be ready they don't let you have the card until a short time before that. I got to my room at 2.55pm only to find that the door is electroncially locked until 3pm and you still can't get in. I get that yes check in is at 3pm, but if the room is ready it is extremely petty not to let you have access to it. The brunch is decent, not haute cuisine but you can have breakfast and go back later for a lunch. The pool area is good, plenty of sun loungers and there are usually some available. The pool itself it ununsual, it is a good size but 95% of it is 3 metres depth with only a very small shallow area. Not good for those who aren't confident swimmers. The rooms are also lacking fridges and the sound proofing isn't great.

I love the simplicity of this model. Relaxed feeling, but quality comfy and nothing is a problem. Staff are wonderful. All of them. I left smiling thinking yep, Ive worked hard. Happy to spend my coin on a wonderful stay. I didn't like the digital check-in, I go on holiday to escape digital. I dont want to enter all my details, I want to have customer service, made to feel welcome. The time it takes to correct mistakes for people. You may have done it yourself at reception and not annoyed others in the Q. It should be optional . Go to the self checking machines if you choose or, offer complimentary drink whilst we all wait for those ahead to navigate .. find their specs. Search for passports etc. We dont need it after a 4 hour flight and delays. Thats my only gripe. Everything else perfect. Brunch fabulous and room had everything we needed. I have chosen to use tent from here on in because I am confident it will be a pleasant stay. Book up you wont be disappointed. The location is great. Bus stop to go to so many places cheaply is just outside.

Breakfast/Brunch is truly unlimited until 1:30pm!!! Lots of options at breakfast and options were changed daily to add variety. Most of the hot food was luke warm. Food was always replenished and never ran out. Change of food around 11am/12pm for lunch options. Lovely clean, calming room with cool simple but useful decor.
