The best place! Amazing breakfast buffet absolutely spectacular and with a beautiful beach view. Everyone was so helpful and delightful- the staff even left us surprise baskets in our room knowing we were going on an excursion. A wonder experience would definitely stay again! Only thing to know is the beach is separate from the hotel and so is the pool, they aren’t part of the hotel but they are right there.

This is hands down one of the best hotels to stay in. Spend the money and enjoy the stay. The staff is friendly and the beach view is in matched. You walk downstairs and you are on the beach. Free sun chairs at the pool or €24 a day on the beach for two chairs and umbrella. The restaurant is great and the rooms were clean and everything you want for a vacation.

We had a lovely sea view, the staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was beautiful but there was just a few negatives, the toilet paper was only one ply which is false economy and the towels in the room were so thin and not the big fluffy towels we're used to in a hotel of this standard

The hotel itself is nice. Would be much better if there was an actual front desk opposed to staff scattered throughout the lobby area. The property and rooms were clean, food was serviceable, parking is not great if you have a rental. You do have a good mix of locals and vacationers. Other than this hotel being a decent distance from the airport, it wouldn't be somewhere I would stay even though Mallorca is definitely somewhere I will revisit. I also found myself at check-in paying additional fees to have a partial or full ocean view although that is NOT stated on the Expedia website. Having a premier view (not city) shouldn't then prompt you paying more for a view of the Mediterranean. Chatted with Expedia directly and they claimed to reach out to the hotel and there was no response. In that case, be cautious in paying more than just local tax/lodging fees.

Smooth and efficient check in and room was ready before mid-day. Staff were excellent explaining the amenities offered in the hotel and also throughout our stay. Fantastic room with an unrestricted view of the Med. We will definitely be back to Zel Mallorca, just wish we had booked for longer!

Fantastic stay

Myself and my mum just had the most amazing stay at the Zel Hotel. I would highly recommend and will be back. The staff are so helpful and friendly nothing was to much for them to make our stay so special. Stunning beachfront hotel suitable for families, couples and solo travellers
