"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"This was a lovely hotel, with Katia ( the Hotel Manager) present and regularly asking if everything was satisfactory. The building , the rooms , spa and indoor / outdoor pools : all beautifully maintained. The breakfasts were wonderful ( cold buffet but also choice of omelets, eggs Benedict etc!) Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in.
